Dal Pakwan Recipe:
Ingredients:
Chana Dal - 1 Cup (200 grms)
Tomato - 1
Green Coriander - 2 to 3 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - 3
Red Chilli - 2
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 pinch
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
For Pakwan:
Refined Flour - 1.5 cups (250 grm)
Carom Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt - more than 1/4 tsp
