Tandoori Momos + Maggie Momos with chutneys

Tandoori Momos Recipe:


Ingredients:

  1. Refined Flour - 1 cup (125 grams)

  2. Salt - 1/4 tsp

  3. Cabbage, grated - 2 cups

  4. Carrot, grated - 1 (1/2) cup

  5. Capsicum, finely chopped - 1 (1/2) cup

  6. Ginger Baton, grated - 1/2 inch

  7. Green chilli, finely chopped - 2

  8. Coriander leaves, finely chopped - 1 to 2 tbsp

  9. Chickpea flour - 2 tbsp

  10. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp

  11. Coriander - 1 tsp

  12. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp

  13. Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp

  14. Salt - 1/4 tsp

  15. Butter

  16. Chaat Masala, sprinkle

Chilli Garlic chutney recipe:

  1. Dry red chillies (less spicy) - 15

  2. Small red bell pepper, chopped - 1

  3. Small Onion, chopped - 1

  4. Small grated ginger

  5. Small garlic cloves - 4 to 5

  6. Oil - 2 tsp

  7. Salt to taste

  8. Tamarind Pulp - 1 tbsp

  9. Jaggery - 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Take 15 dry red chillies (less spicy), deseed it and soak in warm water for 1 hour into a chopper

  2. Take 1 small red bell pepper chopped, add 1 chopped small onion, add a small grated ginger, add 4-5 small garlic cloves and add 1 small onion chopped

  3. Now cousely chop / grind it. (If using mixer; churn it on pulse mode)

  4. Now heat up the pan at medium flame drizzle 2 tsp of oil

  5. Pour the chilli mix that we churned in chopped cook it for 7 minutes, add salt and 1 tbs tamrind pulp Add 2 tbs jaggery

  6. Cook for another 7-10 minutes till jaggery is completely melted Our multi purpose chutney is ready. Now you can store it in fridge for 15 days
