An easy and flavoured rice based recipe made with mint leaves, coriander leaves and mixed vegetables

Pudhina Pulao Recipe:
Ingredients:
In a Bowl
Mint Leaves - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Chopped ginger - 1.5 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 10 to 12
Dessicated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 2
Salt to taste
Water - 1/2 cup
In a Pan (Cook the rice)
Water - 1 litre
Salt to taste
Soaked Basmati Rice - 400g
In another Pan
Oil - 2 tsp
Butter - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
Whole Spices
Onions, sliced - 1 cup
Cubed Potatoes - 3/4 cup
Salt to taste

Tomato Pakoda Recipe:
Ingredients
To make paste (in a grinder)
Coriander - 1 cup
Green Chilli, chopped - 4
Ginger, chopped - 1 inch
Salt as per taste
Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
To make paste (after grinding)
Sev - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Making Tomato Pakoda
Tomato - 3 (cut into medium thick slices)
Place it flat and put the paste on top of the tomato slices
In a bowl (batter)
Gram Flour - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 3 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Carom Seeds (ajwain) - 1/2 tsp
Water - (little by little)
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
